Read Citi Cabinet freight delivery terms, scheduling information, and shipping guidance before placing your cabinet order.

All cabinet boxes ship via heavy LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, palletized and shrink-wrapped, directly from our Manufacturing Hub facility. Standard lead time is 10–21 business days from order confirmation, depending on collection and current production volume — the exact estimate for your order appears on the product page and again at checkout.

A freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment 24–48 hours in advance. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for the pallet. Curbside/driveway delivery is standard; lift-gate service is included at no extra charge for residential addresses without a loading dock.

Freight cost is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code, order weight, and pallet count — there is no flat shipping fee. Orders that require expedited production or white-glove (inside) delivery can request a quote through the Get a Free Quote form.
