Start with business and project details

Tell Citi Cabinet the type of work your business performs, the areas you serve, and the projects you are planning. Include your company name and a contact who can answer ordering questions. Program terms, eligibility, pricing, availability, and account requirements should be confirmed directly with the team. Registration alone does not establish a particular discount, credit arrangement, or delivery commitment.

Build a cabinet package that can be reviewed

Organize each project by its own name or address. Keep the room measurements, appliance specifications, cabinet collection, model numbers, quantities, and finish selections in one current list. Include fillers, end panels, moldings, and hardware rather than quoting only the cabinet boxes. Mark dimensions or selections that remain provisional. When using a 3D concept to explain a proposal to a client, identify it as a visualization and obtain separate approval of final specifications.

Keep changes and handoffs traceable

Confirm who approves the layout, who verifies field dimensions, and who receives the delivery. Record revisions to quantities or finishes so an outdated list is not ordered by mistake. Discuss delivery access, storage space, installation readiness, and phased work before setting expectations with your client. Separate project records help avoid mixing components across jobs and make it easier to ask a precise question when the scope changes.
